Pregnancy Diet was envisioned as a trusted nutritional companion for women navigating pregnancy. The project included creating tailored meal plans for each trimester, incorporating essential nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, and omega-3s. We worked alongside OB-GYNs, pediatric nutritionists, and culinary specialists to ensure each meal guide was safe, culturally inclusive, and easy to prepare. Recipes were designed to be both comforting and functional, supporting digestion, hydration, and fetal growth.

Challenges on This Project:
