This project promotes movement as a pillar of health by integrating tailored fitness routines with nutritional guidance. We assess lifestyle, energy levels, and body composition to design effective activity plans. Whether beginner or athlete, we help clients build a sustainable routine. Physical wellbeing is supported with expert coaching and tracked progress.
The Physical Activity project was built as an essential counterpart to our nutrition-focused offerings, with a goal to make movement approachable, sustainable, and enjoyable. Each participant received a customized activity plan based on their current fitness level, lifestyle, and wellness goals. The program combined functional fitness routines, mobility training, and low-impact exercises with nutritional education to reinforce the synergy between food and movement.
By collaborating with certified fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches, we ensured that the physical component of the wellness journey was safe, progressive, and tailored. Participants were also equipped with tools to track daily steps, monitor energy output, and build weekly movement routines that fit into their existing schedules.
One of the key challenges was addressing motivational barriers for individuals new to regular physical activity. Many participants had sedentary lifestyles and needed gradual, encouraging entry points to build momentum and avoid injury.
Another challenge was ensuring the physical plans could be followed without requiring access to gyms or equipment. To overcome this, we designed bodyweight-based routines, home-friendly stretches, and activity prompts that encouraged movement throughout the day.
